Surfaces fixed with Rapid Restore can be put back into service in just 15 minutes after the installation is completed at room temperature. The product in cooler temperatures requires longer set time.

Fast Set - Low Viscosity:

• Rapid Restore is used with sand in the crack. Set time is approximately 4 to 8 minutes depending on temperature.
• Viscosity is 24 cps producing excellent penetration into cracks and select sand fillers.
• Low viscosity produces "wet-out" penetration unequaled by any other polymer product.
• Produces high strength bonds capable of heavy traffic support in a short time.

Damaged Joints and Down Time:

• Rapid Restore is intended for use in damaged control joins or warehouse Spalls where there is no movement and damage is from steel wheels, or small hard urethane wheels. This product is especially useful in those areas where "Down-time" is limited
• Moisture - Cured material is more moisture tolerant than concrete. However, the repair area must be dry to apply the product.

Grinding to finished grade - For Best Results:

• Use a flexible grinding wheel or a twisted wire cup brush.
• All product to set about 15 minutes or until hard.
• Grind smooth with 7 inch wheel.
• Scraping or cutting may also be done with a sharp razor blade cutter.
• Repair is ready for traffic
